How to reach the studio

• WhatsApp: the button on this page opens a chat with a designer. Messages are answered 09:00–21:00 every day (GST, UTC+4).
• Drawings and tender documents: send them in the same WhatsApp chat; PDF, DWG and image files all go through.
• Studio: Jumeirah, Dubai. Visits to the studio are by appointment; there is no walk-in showroom, because we build to drawing rather than sell from stock.

What to send for a same-day first answer

1. Two or three photos of the room or the spot in the garden.
2. A floor plan if you have one, even a phone photo of the developer's plan.
3. A photo of the electrical distribution board with the door open.
4. The community name and whether the property is complete or under construction.

With those four things a designer can tell you the same day which rooms fit, what the power situation means, and a budget band in AED. The free site visit then confirms it.
