How a private spa project runs, from photo to first session
Eight steps, each with a decision and a date. Single rooms take eight to twelve weeks; complete villa suites sixteen to twenty-eight. Nothing here is hidden behind a sales call.
From the first WhatsApp message to commissioning, in order
First contact on WhatsApp
You send photos, a plan and a picture of the DB board. A designer answers the same day with the rooms that fit, the power situation and a budget band in AED. No form, no call centre.
Free site visit
Within the week, in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah. We measure, check ceiling height and drainage, read the DB board, photograph the route in for a cabin or a stone slab, and note what the community NOC will ask for.
Concept and budget
A layout sketch with two or three options and a written budget band per option, usually within 48 hours of the visit. You choose a direction or ask for another.
Design set and 3D visualisation
Plans, sections, electrical single-line diagram, load calculation, drainage and waterproofing details, material board and a 3D view of the room. This is the stage where glass, stone and heater are fixed, because they drive the price.
Fixed quotation and approvals
A scope-based quotation in AED. On signing and the 50 % deposit, the electrical submission goes to DEWA, ADDC or SEWA through a registered consultant, and the developer NOC application is filed where required.
Manufacture
Cabins, benches, glass, doors and hammam stone are produced to drawing in our production workshops in four-week production slots. Equipment is ordered from the European manufacturers. Photos of your cabin are sent before it is packed. 40 % is due before shipping.
Shipping, installation, wet works
Sea or air freight with customs clearance handled by us. On site, waterproofing and drainage first for wet rooms, tested for 48 hours, then stone, then cabin, glass, heater and controls. A single sauna takes three to five days on site; a hammam three to five weeks.
Commissioning and handover
We run the room with you: heater to temperature, steam to pressure, chiller to set point, controls explained, the first löyly poured. You receive the as-built drawings, the service schedule and the warranty. The final 10 % is paid after this session.

DEWA load enhancement, where the villa supply is genuinely full, adds four to eight weeks and is identified at the site visit.
Process questions
Can I see the design before I pay a deposit?
You see a layout sketch and a budget band before any payment. The full drawing set and the 3D visualisation are produced after the design fee, which is credited against the contract when you proceed. That keeps the free stage free and the detailed stage serious.
Do you work with my architect or fit-out contractor?
Yes, and on villas under construction that is the normal case. We issue the builder's work drawings (room shell, drainage, power), coordinate with the MEP consultant and take over when the shell is ready. Ask for the consultant pack when you message us.
What happens if the villa supply cannot take the heater?
We find out at the site visit, not after delivery. Options are a smaller heater with a longer warm-up, an infrared cabin on the existing supply, or a DEWA load enhancement, which we manage but which adds four to eight weeks. See the DEWA guide.
How is the warranty handled?
Two years on workmanship and waterproofing from the commissioning date; the manufacturer warranty on heaters, generators and chillers runs alongside, typically two to five years. Warranty visits are booked on WhatsApp and attended by the technician who commissioned the room.
