About Sauna Dubai: a spa studio that draws, builds and services
We started Sauna Dubai because the market here was split between catalogue importers who do not design and contractors who do not understand heat. A private spa needs both in one room.
What we are
Sauna Dubai is a design-and-build studio based in Jumeirah. We plan and engineer private wellness rooms for villas, penthouses and commercial operators across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and we install and service them with our own team.
Our team has designed and built saunas, steam rooms and hammams since 2003, first for private houses and hotels in Europe and, in recent years, across the Gulf. Cabins, glass, steam systems and hammam stone are produced to our drawings by European workshops we have worked with for years; installation and service in the UAE are done by our own people. Equipment comes from the European manufacturers whose parts we can get in Dubai within days: Harvia, EOS, Tylö, Helo and Sentiotec for heat; commercial-grade chillers for cold; halogenerators and snow systems from specialist makers.
What we are not
We do not sell inflatable tubs, three-day saunas or unbranded heaters. We do not quote from a photograph and hope the room matches. We do not hand a client a manual and disappear; every project has a service schedule and a person who answers the phone.
Three promises
- The number you sign is the number you pay. Scope-based quotations, not estimates that drift when the marble arrives.
- Every drawing is made for the Gulf. Timber, chillers, waterproofing and ventilation are specified for 45 °C summers, 34 °C tap water and air-conditioned interiors, not copied from a Scandinavian catalogue.
- We come back. Commissioning in your presence, a two-year workmanship warranty and an annual service that keeps the heater, generator and chiller within specification.
How the studio is organised
A designer leads each project from the first WhatsApp message to handover. Behind them sit an electrical engineer who prepares the DEWA, ADDC or SEWA submissions, a site supervisor who runs the wet works and installation, and a service technician who handles the annual visits. Manufacturing is planned with the factory in four-week production slots so lead times on the process page hold.
