About Sauna Dubai: a spa studio that draws, builds and services

What we are

Sauna Dubai is the UAE design-and-build desk of a sauna and spa manufacturer that has been building since 1987: 1,450 completed projects in more than 35 countries, 220 of them hotel spas and 680 private homes, with an office in Dubai. We plan and engineer private wellness rooms for villas, penthouses and commercial operators across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Riyadh, and our own crew installs and services them.

Cabins, benches, marble and mosaic are made in our own factory in Istanbul, certified to ISO 9001:2015 for manufacturing and after-sales service. Every cabin is dry-assembled and checked before it leaves, then numbered and crated with its fixings, seals and a spares allowance, so nothing on site waits for a missing part. Heat comes from EOS and Sentiotec, whose official seller we have been since 2015, with other European heater brands on request; commercial-grade chillers for cold; halogenerators and snow systems from specialist makers. Heaters and generators carry CE, TÜV and GS marks.

Recent work in the Gulf

• Villa saunas on Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Bay Island and in Dubai Hills Estate (2025), and a salt wall in a second Palm villa.
• A villa hammam in Emirates Hills (2025) and an onyx hammam in Nad Al Sheba (2026).
• A steam room in The Springs, and an office-tower spa in DIFC built from shell and core: saunas, steam rooms and cold plunges on 58 kW.
• A branded-residence estate in Dubai: twelve mansions, each with a sauna, a steam room and a salt wall.
• In Riyadh, the Sedra villa (2024) and a 115 kW thermal section for a wellness resort with a 22.4 m² hammam; in Qatar, 20 saunas and 20 cold plunges for an Olympic training facility.

What we are not

We do not sell inflatable tubs, three-day saunas or unbranded heaters. We do not quote from a photograph and hope the room matches. We do not hand a client a manual and disappear; every project has a service schedule and a person who answers the phone.

Three promises

• The number you sign is the number you pay. Scope-based quotations, not estimates that drift when the marble arrives.
• Every drawing is made for the Gulf. Timber, chillers, waterproofing and ventilation are specified for 45 °C summers, 34 °C tap water and air-conditioned interiors, not copied from a Scandinavian catalogue.
• We come back. Commissioning in your presence, a 24-month warranty and an annual service that keeps the heater, generator and chiller within specification. Seventy-eight per cent of our clients come back for another room.

How the studio is organised

A designer leads each project from the first WhatsApp message to handover. Behind them sit an electrical engineer who prepares the DEWA, ADDC or SEWA submissions, a site supervisor who runs the wet works and installation, and a service technician who handles the annual visits. Manufacturing is planned with the factory in four-week production slots so lead times on the process page hold.
